Ambreen R. Khan is an Entrepreneurship teacher, researcher, and practitioner at the forefront of indigenous entrepreneurship development. With a robust academic background spanning Ph.D. studies in Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship in developing nations, Ambreen brings a wealth of experience and insight to the table.

Ambreen’s dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs is evident in her extensive work over the past five years, where she has pioneered innovative pedagogical approaches tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of the local context. Her expertise extends beyond the classroom, as demonstrated by her active participation in prestigious events such as the 2023 USASBE Doctoral Consortium, where she engaged deeply in discussions on entrepreneurial teaching and research, particularly within the realm of Learning Innovation. Recently, Ambreen is a part of the Learning Community (LC) of the Virtual Summer School in Entrepreneurship Research 2024 (VSSER-24) at The University of Alabama.Tuscaloosa, USA.

Now, Ambreen’s focus lies on the development of the Indigenous (Chinoiti) Model Entrepreneurship and Islami Tareeqa Tijaraah (اسلامی طریقہ تجارت), a groundbreaking framework designed to empower entrepreneurs in regions like Pakistan.

DR. SHIZA AMBER

Shiza Amber, an alumna of Beacon House with a successful completion of O/A levels, is currently immersed in her pursuit of an Alima Degree at Maryam Institute and Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She is running her O/A Level Academy. Shiza Amber is a passionate advocate for youth development and empowerment, coming from a rich lineage of educators, with both her parents and grandparents in the teaching profession. she focuses on promoting resilience and leadership skills among young individuals. Shiza has experience in organizing workshops and training programs that emphasize personal growth, creativity, and entrepreneurship. As a mentor and coach, she inspires young minds to realize their potential and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Shiza believes in the transformative power of education and aims to create a supportive environment where every young person can thrive.

IRAM SOHAIB

Head of Training - Malaysia

Iram Sohaib is a certified coach, trainer, and teacher with a background in Management Information Systems. She graduated from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University in Pakistan with an MBA degree and has worked for international companies like EnPointe Global Services and Hybrid IT Services. She has trained over 150 employees in developing soft skills and has been involved in academia, teaching academic English to international high school students, and being an influential ESL and IELTS instructor. Iram completed an IPMA-UK accredited and HRDF-recognized CPT program and received her coaching certification from TARUMT Malaysia. She has delivered talks and workshops on various subjects, including e-commerce, personal development, study skills development, attention, and memory skills.

MEHREEN SHAUKAT

Head of Training – Gujranwala & Lahore

Mehreen Shaukat is a seasoned professional with a rich background in management sciences, combining over a decade of experience in training, education, and organizational management. Holding a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, she has developed a robust skill set that enhances her contributions across various sectors.

Training and Development: Mehreen has successfully collaborated with multiple training firms, designing and delivering programs that empower individuals and enhance organizational performance. Her approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ensuring impactful learning experiences.
Academic Leadership: As a lecturer at the university level, Mehreen has imparted knowledge to the next generation of leaders in management sciences and entrepreneurship. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, real-world application, and the development of soft skills, preparing students for the challenges of the professional world.
Current Role: Currently, she serves as the Senior Mistress at The City School, where she oversees educational strategies and staff development. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic environment, fostering both student and teacher success.

NEHA EKHALQUE

Head of Training – Karachi

Neha is pursuing her doctoral studies at Technical University in Berlin, Germany. She has served for 4+ years at Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) working as a Lead Case Writer facilitating the Center in the development of indigenous case studies repository on successful Pakistani entrepreneurs. She also wrote and presented various teaching case studies & research papers in Case Conferences. Moreover, Neha took part in the Management & Execution of various diploma programs and training courses for Pakistani Women Entrepreneurs across Pakistan. She has been the Trainer and Mentor for
female entrepreneurs and youth in various workshops.

Neha is currently working part time in her family business social start-up known as “GEAR Trust (Generating Employment Alternatives for Self-Reliance)” – a micro-financing institute, overseeing marketing handles, women empowerment wing, education projects etc.

As a Doctoral Candidate at TU Berlin, Neha is conducting her research on how to create sustainable women-based micro-businesses in the Pakistani community.

MOINULATIQ

Mr. MoinUlAtiq who is currently performing duties as the sports management executive at DHA Suffa University. He is a highly trained professional, a former test cricketer and a qualified sports psychologist from University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK. Prior to that he did his MBA from HAMDARD University, Karachi. Mr. MoinUlAtiq has served as a sports psychologist in various organizations amongst which are PCB (Pakistan cricket board), Pakistan Hockey Federation, Pakistan Tennis Federation and ACC (Asian cricket council). Furthermore, he has also been a part of the Management team in HBL, Matrix Pharma, United Pharma, IBA, and Bahria University Karachi. With tons of experience and enthusiasm he is eager to help the youth to strive in the field of sports and is looking forward to helping them reach their utmost potential.

YOUSUF MUNIR

With over a decade of experience in human resources, retail management, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Yousuf has earned recognition as a guest speaker in 50+ sessions on leadership and HRD at top universities and organizations across Pakistan.

In corporate roles, Yousuf has led Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) for companies like Chase Up, Zellbury, SAYA, and Lucky Textile Mills. His entrepreneurial ventures include Akbar Real Estate & Builders, Ashania Publication, Apnikitab.pk, and Enlightening Teens Club. He serves as Project Head HRD at Ataleeq Foundation and as Sub Editor for Monthly Sathee Karachi.

In academia, Yousuf is a Lecturer and Program Lead for Retail Management at Hamdard University and a Visiting Faculty member at the University of Karachi. He has delivered 250+ training sessions, trained 6,000+ professionals, and developed 50+ specialized courses, including HEC-approved Retail Management ADP programs.
