Global Women Entrepreneurship Day
Honored to celebrate Women Entrepreneurship Day at ICMA Lahore!
Reflecting on a fulfilling 8-years journey of empowering women and nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets across Pakistan and internationally, I feel immense gratitude for the milestones achieved.
From launching programs like the Mother Entrepreneurship Camp at IBA-CED Karachi to empowering mothers, girls, and women across Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Faisalabad, our mission has consistently focused on promoting entrepreneurial mindsets rooted in our values, families, and communities.
At Akhuwat College Kasur, we are striving hard to inspire students from diverse and marginalized backgrounds to connect with their purpose and unlock boundless opportunities through entrepreneurial thinking to earn livelihood.
Through my venture, AURA360, we aim to cultivate the light of knowledge, character, and impact by integrating spiritual values and promoting lifelong learning. By simplifying theories like Effectuation and introducing interesting frameworks such as the WE-Plus Model, we constantly strive to make entrepreneurial thinking accessible to all — from children to senior citizens.
Women Entrepreneurship Day is not just a celebration; it is a call to action. By empowering women, we strengthen families, uplift communities, and contribute to a more resilient society. Together, let’s continue this journey of transformation and impact.

Workshop on Entrepreneurial Mindset Development - Gujranwala
A one-day workshop on Entrepreneurial Mindset Development was organized by ASQIT in collaboration with Purple Frosting and held at Shelton Hotel, Gujranwala. The workshop was led by the Key Facilitator, Ambreen R. Khan, Founder and CEO of ASQIT, who provided valuable insights on developing an entrepreneurial and creative mindset through interactive sessions and activities. The participants, primarily aspiring women entrepreneurs, actively engaged throughout the session.
Esteemed guests from industry and academia also shared their experiences, discussing real-world challenges in the dynamic business environment. Dr. Shahid Qureshi emphasized the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in today’s world, followed by a Q&A session with industry experts Mr. Afaq Ayub, CEO of a leading textile unit, and Mr. Ali, CEO of a well-known food chain.
A big shoutout to all the wonderful participants who made this event a great success! The networking break provided an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and foster collaborative initiatives.
The ASQIT AURA-360 Workshop was specifically designed to cater to the needs of women eager to launch their own startups and focus on personal development.

Empowering Women through Education
TechGirls MMU & ASQIT Workshop Series
In a bid to strengthen women’s empowerment, TechGirls MMU, in collaboration with ASQIT, conducted an inspiring workshop series aimed at uplifting women in all aspects of life.
Session 1: Followership
Led by Ms. Ambreen R. Khan, participants explored self-identity and the traits of effective followership, opening doors to higher career prospects. The session featured interactive online polls and hands-on exercises, using various tools and techniques to help participants identify their personality traits.
Session 2: Managing Personal Finance
Industry expert Abdul Rauf delivered a comprehensive session on financial management for students, introducing the concept of behavioral finance to help them better manage their finances.
Session 3: Creative Mindset
Dr. Shahid Qureshi guided participants in developing an entrepreneurial mindset, unlocking creativity and innovation as key components for personal and professional growth.
Session 4: Leadership
International Trainer Ms. Iram Sohaib led an interactive session, exploring the qualities of successful leaders and addressing the unique challenges faced by women in leadership roles.
At the end of the series, participants were awarded e-certificates in recognition of their engagement. This workshop series empowered students to make informed career choices and better navigate future challenges.

Inaugural Session of AURA-360
The Inaugural Session of AURA-360 on Personal Development & Creative Mindset, held on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, at the garden city of Malaysia, Putrajaya. Featuring the dynamic duo Ambreen R. Khan, Founder of ASQIT, and Irum Shoaib, a Certified Coach and Trainer from the UK and Poland, the session captivated attendees with their combined expertise and engaging presentations.
Participants gained deep insights into personal development and strategies to unlock their creative potential. The event was well-received, setting a high standard for future workshops and leaving attendees eager for more opportunities to grow and excel in their diverse life domains.

2 Days Workshop on Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset
Women Entrepreneurs - Master Training Program - Kazakhstan
With the blessing of Allah SWT, we are excited to announce the successful completion of the Women Entrepreneurs Master Training hosted by Nazarbayev University, spanning two vibrant cities in Kazakhstan – Almaty from November 23rd to 25th, 2023, followed by Astana from November 27th to 29th, 2023. This empowering event witnessed enthusiastic participation from approximately 50 attendees, primarily comprising Business Trainers and Entrepreneurs.
Dr. Shahid Qureshi, a seasoned authority in entrepreneurship, captivated participants with insightful sessions on Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Finance, and riveting case studies. The workshop delved deep into the intricacies of fostering the power of bird in hand, navigating financial landscapes, and leveraging real-world cases to extract invaluable lessons.
Ms. Ambreen R. Khan, took the stage to unravel the nuances of Business Model Canvas and Entrepreneurial Marketing strategies. Her engaging sessions empowered participants with actionable frameworks and innovative approaches pivotal for entrepreneurial success.
The workshop was carefully curated with a series of experiential activities, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment. These activities were designed to stimulate resource identification, foster collaboration, and keep participants actively engaged throughout the sessions.
Beyond the learning experience, this event served as a nexus for networking and collaboration. Attendees had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and forge meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals passionate about driving entrepreneurial excellence.
